AHP Humanitarian Response Update 2024-25
In 2024-25, humanitarian crises continued to test the resilience of communities across Asia, the Pacific, Africa and the Middle East. From severe flooding in Bangladesh and devastating cyclones in the Philippines, to earthquakes in Vanuatu and Myanmar, as well as ongoing protracted crises, millions of people were left in urgent need of support. In response, the Australian Humanitarian Partnership (AHP) and its network of Australian NGOs and local partners worked side by side with communities, governments and civil society organisations to deliver life-saving assistance, restore essential services, and support recovery.
This report covers AHP activations and activities between July 2024 and June 2025. Disaster READY progress is reported separately.
