Job training and apprenticeships for Syrian refugees - Lebanon

Oxfam Australia in partnership with CARE Australia has received AHP funding to provide Syrian refugee households with access to improved livelihoods opportunities and skills development in Lebanon. This aid supports Syrian refugees in Lebanon to:

  • increase their number of monthly working days,

  • provide job seekers with skills that match labour market demands, and

  • decease reliance on negative coping mechanisms.

This aid also works to increase the number of workplaces in Lebanon that comply with minimum standards and inclusiveness at work.
