Disaster READY Fiji Phase One Completion Report

From 2017-2022, AHP Disaster READY in Fiji provided support to 309 communities, providing tools and training aimed at increasing preparedness and resilience against disaster and climate change risks. The targeted communities are now better able to identify natural hazards and risks and have put into place contextually appropriate and inclusive disaster preparedness plans that consider the impacts of climate change. Disaster READY preparedness activities in Fiji prioritise all community members with a particular focus on inclusion and supporting the most vulnerable.
